SHIPPING DURING PRE-LAUNCH PERIOD

During the pre-launch period between May – September 2017 items can be pre-ordered only.
Shipment for the pre-order stage will take place by end of September 2017. An email notification will go out to all customers in advance of pre-order dispatch. Delivery will return to the standard terms below effective from October 2017.

SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE

Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 1-3 business days for arrival following the dispatch of your order. If you require your order urgently, please select the express delivery option at check out. Under an express service, please allow 1 business day for arrival following the dispatch of your order. Please email us at info@carmaandconnection.com and we’ll do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer standard international shipping and express international shipping based on the below timeframes:

 

Orders will generally be dispatched via registered mail with DHL eCommerce
within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email
with a tracking number upon dispatch. If you require faster delivery, you can
choose the express option for an additional charge. Estimated delivery
times following dispatch of order:

RETURNS

If for some reason our product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 21 days of delivery. Please write to us at info@carmaandconnection.com for assistance.

HANDMADE & NATURAL

Please be aware that our bracelet beads are made from natural semi-precious beads. Therefore, slight variations from one piece to the next should be expected. Our puzzle symbols are hand-inked which also leads to minor
variations from one item to the next.

EXCHANGES

We unfortunately do not accept exchanges.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@carmaandconnection.com. If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please email us at info@carmaandconnection.com as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

PAYMENTS

All payments are made in GBP£. We use PayPal’s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. PayPayl accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices shown on the site are in GBP£ and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied worldwide. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP£, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

GIFT WRAPPING

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, each item comes in its own box and collection card messages. Please refer to the additional images available on each item product page or our Facebook or Instagram accounts for images of our packaging.

CUSTOMISATION

We do not offer customisation services. However, for a large batch bespoke order please email us your enquiry to info@carmaandconnection.com and we will see what we can do. There will be a longer lead time for such requests than the deliveries outlined above and we will advise on a case by case basis.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
